The members of CohnReznick’s Not-for-Profit and Education Practice specialize in working closely with the boards and management of not-for-profit organizations to assist them in developing and implementing best practices in governance, financial, and operational policies and procedures. Now more than ever, our clients are asking us questions about audit committee effectiveness and risk detection and minimization strategies.
In their second annual survey, they focused specifically on not-for-profit stewardship and risk management issues. The collected data was then used to compile a full report for their clients and contacts to use in order to better gauge their current governance practices against those of other participants.
The report can either be viewed online or downloaded as a PDF.
